The chosen restaurants

Cevasco

Located in Valparaiso Street, Viña del Mar (steps from the “Plaza de Viña”), it’s a family business since 1977. It’s a great restaurant and its specialty are “completos”.This delicious food will be the breakfast and is ideal to start our day with energy and a lot of food. A “Completo” is based in bread and cooked sausage. The Traditional version of “Completo” is with chopped tomatoes, mayonnaise and sauerkraut (pickled cabbage pickled). And the “Italian Completo” consists of chopped tomatoes, mashed avocados and mayonnaise.

J Cruz

Located in a narrow passageway in Condell Street, Valparaíso. In this warm and small place, you have to forget about menus, there's one essential dish to try: “Chorrillana”: a mountain of french fries under a blanket of fried pork, onions and egg. This dish is perfect for lunch.

Pizzeria Ecuador

Located in “Subida Ecuador”, this small place offers the best pizzas in the area. It is a family business and the atmosphere is perfect to share a great moment with friend. As the specialty are pizzas, they are always worried to have fresh ingredients. In the afternoon, after a walk we’re going to enjoy delicious slices of pizza.

Paola restaurant

Located in Pedro Montt Avenue, this place has been for years in this city.
This business burned down a few years ago and it was rebuilt keeping the quality of food and service. It’s a classic in the city.
This restaurant have diverse types of meals, from fast food to homemade food. We recommend you an enormous “Churrasco Italiano”, you will not regret it.

  1. In my personal experience, in Cevasco the service was bad, slow, disrespectful and even rude. Waiters didn't respect the decision time of the customers and waiters have a bad way of expressing themselves. The food was good, but it wasn't a good experience because of the service. I'd take the tour again because it was fun but I really need that you do something with that problem....

  2. I didn't like J Cruz when I took the tour. We came and I saw a cat in the restaurant and it was on the table licking its private parts. The situation was disgusting and it took my appetite. And then, when the waiter bring the food, it was salty and greasy. It wasn't a good experience, at all.
